EXOMAX 5505 is a mixture of inorganic cleaners and surfactants, designed to remove stubborn dirt in multi-stage spray cleaners and agitated soak tank applications.

EXOMAX 5505 is recommended as a pretreatment cleaner for conversion coating processing. Since it is non-siliconized, it does not form a white film related to the drying of the part during the transfer between processing stages.

It can effectively clean the residue left by drawing, grinding and polishing compounds. In addition, it will clean all cutting fluids, grinding fluids, lubricating oils and greases that are common in the manufacturing process. It has inhibitors and safety for all metals except magnesium in the material.
