MAR-TEMP OIL 355 austempering oil is solvent-extracted and specially refined paraffin-based mineral oil as the base oil and preferred additives. It has a strong quenching cooling effect, which is the cooling rate in the Quaker Houghton quenching oil series A faster isothermal graded quenching oil, suitable for lower temperature martensite graded quenching, austempering and low temperature tempering. The working temperature of MAR-TEMP OIL 355 martensitic isothermally graded quenching oil is 110~150°C. When it meets the requirements of deformation, it should be used as low as possible. The recommended temperature is 110~130°C.
