SPARTAN^TM EP lubricants are a range of industrial extreme pressure gear lubricants formulated from high quality mineral oils to help reduce sludge formation and extend oil life. Mobil SPARTAN EP Series oils contain a sulfur-phosphorus extreme pressure additive system that provides heavy-duty capability and wear protection. In addition, these oils protect alloys containing steel and copper, providing them with excellent resistance to corrosion and foam formation. Mobil SPARTAN EP series lubricants have good water separation properties, allowing water and oil to separate quickly for moisture removal.

Mobil SPARTAN EP series meet the specifications of AGMA 9005-E02 EP; DIN 51517-3:2009-06 and ISO12925-1 Type CKD or ISO 12925-1 Type CKC according to different viscosity.
